It’s been a lot of work lately, even putting in some overtime, but the blog is now up and running. There are most likely a bunch of bugs in here that we missed during the testing, if you find one we would be very happy to hear about it, leave a comment with suggestions and feedback :). It has been an interesting process in itself setting this one up, but I for one kind of enjoy working hard and late in short bursts of creativity from time to time. Also, being together with the rest of the Design Festa crew turns any late night hacking into a nice experience.
I hope that this blog will further aid the international spirit among the Design Festa crew, and also help visitors from the rest of the world communicate with and keep updated on the current events at the Design Festa Gallery and Festival.
Well just my thoughts on this little addition to the Design Festa website. Time to get some sleep :).

Great to hear the you enjoy the Design Festa vibe. I hope you will be a frequent reader and commenter on this blog, and take part in the international dialogue that we hereby open!
Gracias Hiromi y Henric.
Gracias, VIVA Design Festa !!!.

Luciano!
It is always difficult to find a balance between the time spent on personal projects and the ones that actually generate money ne ;). Of course the ideal is to combine the two qualities and have your personal projects actually pay the rent…
I think any gallery must strive to become both an available and inspiring canvas for expressive, artistic projects regardless of what media one operates in. As a museum or gallery curator or manager there are of course boundries that frame your ‘area’ of operation, or what artistic ‘languages’ you choose to represent . But you must also allow yourself to lift your gaze a little and also see that your conceptual boundries of operation can also be allowed to operate on a more content oriented level. Thus allowing any form of media or method of artistic expression to “show its face” within your gallery space.
At the Design Festa Gallery I beleive those boundries operate on a very abstract, but still highly valid, level. They help the visitor form an internal idea of what to expect from the gallery, but still allow for anyone or any artistic expression to fill its canvas. I also think that framing once area of operation at this level facilitates the possibilities to become intenational hub for the mutual exchange of artistic dialogues, as you mention in your previous comment.
Keep up the good work!
Gracias por el apoyo y los consejos !!! . Estamos en contacto via design festa. Saludos.
