With an original idea, anyone can participate in the international art event Design Festa without the worry of dealing with judges or committees. Started in 1994, this event is held twice a year and is open to anyone regardless of age, nationality or medium. With artists given free range to display their works and express themselves however they see fit, the event is truly a form of expressive chaos!
