Application for electric outlets, exhibitors passes and parking tickets available.
You will be receiving a confirmation e-mail from Design Festa Office after submitting your application.
Please confirm your booking information and complete your payment within 10days after receiving a confirmation e-mail.
Applications are possible either online or by contacting Design Festa Office.

Additional application options for vol.35
Closing deadline: January 31st(Tue) 7pm.

Although there might be a second chance to apply for above additional materials, please submit your application before above closing deadline if you wish your additional materials to be enclosed in the exhibitors information package.

Exhibitors passes

  • Exhibitors passes are only valid for the day of your exhibition.
  • Additional passes can be purchased at delivery entrances until 10:45 am on each day.
  • Lost passes cannot be reissued. In this case, please purchase a new one.
  • Children over age of 12 accompanying exhibitors will require passes.
  • People hellping exhibitors to set up will require a pass to enter Tokyo Big Sight.
  • Please be aware that the number of passes bought must correspond to the number of people in your exhibition group.
  • Please keep your exhibitors pass visible at all time.

Parking tickets

  • Parking tickets are only valid for the day of your exhibition.
  • Lost parking tickets cannot be reissued. In this case, please purchase a new one.
  • Name and phone number displayed on your parking ticket must be valid.
  • If you parked your car in an area other than the Design Festa parking area, you will be required to pay a fee.
    And we will not be able to refund you.
  • Exhibitor item deliveries are possible by car without purchasing car parking tickets.

※Please be aware that once your car is parked on the Saturday, it cannot be removed after 9pm on that day.

Electric outlets

  • Your booth will be prepared with a two outlet electric socket(if applied for)
  • Electric sockets can be ordered on the day of the event, and please be aware that it may take sometime to install.
  • Electric outlets can be used before 9pm on Saturday and before 7:30pm on Sunday during the event days.
  • These prices are the same for 1 day and 2 days exhibitions.
