- Please understand that lost passes cannot be replaced.
- Exhibitors passes are available at the goods entrance on the event day until 10:30 a.m.
- Please purchase a visitor pass when exhibitors passes are sold out.
- People helping only to set up must also have an exhibitors pass.
- Free for children 12 years old and under.

- Please use public parking in Tokyo Big Sight if tickets are sold out.
- Extra passes and parking tickets can be purchased on the day required.
