1 Stage set : 40 min (Set-up and pack-up are included in your show time.)
PA will be provided. (Drum set, Amp etc.)

Performance Fee

1 Stage set : 40 min (Set-up and pack-up are included in your show time.) 36,750 yen

Consumption tax is included.

  • 5 exhibitors passes are included in the fee. Please apply for extra passes if required.
    For more detail, please refer to the exhibitor pass page.

Applications

Please see here for Application process.

  1. Please fill in the online form with profile and photos (more than two), when submitting the application form.
    Application forms are also acceptable by mail or directly to the office.
  2. After your submission, please send us your demo (CD, MD) by mail or bring it directly to the Design Festa Office.
  3. You will be informed once the schedule has been decided.
  4. After receiving confirmation, please pay by registered mail, bank transfer or in person at the Design Festa Office within 2 weeks. Please understand that you may not be able to perform if we have received many applications or a delay in payment.

  • The deadline for application is August 13th. Please apply early to avoid missing your chance.
    (Your submitted items will appear on our webpage. Please understand that submitted items are not returnable.)
