This free-style exhibition is open to all original mediums for exhibition, presentation and sale!
Anyone who has original work and a creative flair can join this event. There are no restrictions.
Artists' ages span a wide range from 3 to 93. Solo artists, groups, schools, companies and embassies can participate. Artists also come from all over the world from places such as Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Europe.

There is no limit to the number of people that can exhibit
in a booth and no limit to the
number of booths an exhibitor can rent. Booth location will be decided in advance by
Design Festa Office based on the order that application forms and payments are received.

- 2 exhibitors passes per booth are included in the fee. Please apply for extra passes if required.
For more details, please refer to the exhibitor pass page. - If you are wishing to apply mini-booth for both day,we will no longer be able to allocate you in a same mini-booth for both day.Your mini-booths for Saturday and Sunday will be a different spot.Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Application
- Once all booths are sold out, no further applications will be accepted.
- Please make your payment at the same time as you submit your application form.
Registration will be completed once your application form has been received and your payment has been confirmed. - For electric outlets (500W, 2 plugs), apply to Design Festa Office at least 3 weeks beforehand.
The fee includes connection cost. You can apply on the day of the event, but it will take a long time to set up. - Booth location will be decided in advance by Design Festa Office based on the order that
application forms and payments are received.
Please confirm booth availability with us if you apply after the middle of February - If the application is completed before February 26th, artist/group name will appear in the Design Festa pamphlet.
- If you apply for both a booth and the event area, please make your payment for the booth first; please pay the fee for event area once your participation has been confirmed.
- If you require a location near other booth exhibitors, please indicate your reason in the each application form,
and make your application and payment at the same time as the other exhibitors.
Please understand that your request may not be possible due to limited booth numbers and/or exhibition date differences. - Only original work can be exhibited.
- Applicants will receive their Exhibitors' Information by mail a month before the event. Please inform other members of your group.
- Please understand that the fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your participation.
- Please apply as early as possible if you live outside of Japan because we need extra
time to deliver the exhibitors' information.

- This method of payment is only available for booth exhibitors who submit their application form through the Design Festa website when the total charge exceeds 10,000 yen.
- If the cardholder's name is different from the applicant's name, please inform the office of the reason and relationship between the cardholder and the applicant. Otherwise we cannot confirm your payment.
- You can go to the credit card payment page after filling an application form.
- Visa and Mastercard are acceptable.

vol.31 Booth Artists information
- If the application is completed before February 26th, the artist/group name will appear in the Design Festa program.
- We will include Design Festa vol.31 booth exhibitors and sample of their work on our website.
Please send us pictures, and/or messages with your applicant name, via [ Artists profile form ] by mail or come directly to the office with event confirmation information. - Please understand that submitted items are not returnable, cannot be edited or changed, nor can now information be added afterwards.
Deadline for submissions is February 26th, so don't delay. This is a great way to further promote yourself, your group and your art.
