Atelier systems are available to rent for those using spaces on the second floor after closing hour, from 8pm to 11am to decorate your exhibition space.

• - 2-D, 2-E: ¥4,200 / 1 day

*Art Piece ( WEST / EAST )

The Art Piece is like a toy box, as this room is jam-packed with artwork by various artists.

• - ¥525 / 1 day
• - ¥3,150 / 1 Week
• - ¥12,000 / 1 month
• - Minimum use is 1 day. No limit to the number of spaces you can rent.

*Kitchen Space ( EAST )

Well set-up kitchen is available for rent and use as a cafe.

• - Weekday: ¥10,500 / 1 day
• - Holiday & Weekend: ¥15,750 / 1 day

*W.C. / Shower Room ( EAST )

W.C. : T-1, T-2, T-3, T-4

• - ¥2,600 / a week
• - ¥10,000 / a month

Shower Room : S-1, S-2

GALLERY GUIDE LINE

• - Only original work can be exhibited at this gallery. There are no restrictions on style or presentation.
• - These exhibition spaces are available from 3 days upwards.
    (1 day exhibitions are able to be booked as little as 4 weeks before intended exhibition date.)
• - When using spaces in the EAST Gallery hourly basis for performances and live shows,
    reservations can be made 3 weeks before the day of your performance.
• - Work can be bought and sold. Design Festa Gallery does not take any gallery commission.
    (consignment charge.)
    Please understand Design Festa Gallery accepts no responsibility for any issues arising thereof.
• - You may start setting up your exhibition from 10:00.
    (For ATELIER SYSTEM user [ Only WEST 2nd fl.] from 20:00 the day before.)
    Please vacate the space by 20:00 on the last day of your exhibition. (after a final check by Gallery staff)
• - Please return the space to its original condition.
    Please prepare all tools and restoration materials
    (EAST: WHITE MAT WATER-BASED PAINT/ WEST: WHITE GLOSS WATER-BASED PAINT) in advance.
• - You may bring your own display items or materials.
    Please check gallery layout for each space's equipment.
• - Please ask for details about rental equipment for each space.
• - The number and type of lighting varies depending on the space.
    You may set up your own lighting but please limit electricity usage.
• - In case you perform or play musical instruments / music in your own space,
    please be considerate of other exhibitors, visitors and neighbors.
• - Please contact us in advance if you are planning to sell food or drink.
• - The printing and distribution of show publicity is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
• - If you would like to use the Design Festa Gallery logo and map,
    please download the required files below or bring blank media to our gallery.

    Design Festa Office will not mediate any disputes between exhibitors,
    artists or any other parties regarding copyright.
• - Pictures taken at the gallery and materials submitted to us may be used for printed papers and advertisements of
    Design Festa Office. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW TO APPLY

• - Please submit your form to the Design Festa Gallery WEST at 1fl. information desk or our website.
• - Please feel free to contact us by E-mail or call us (TEL: 03-3479-1442) for details about space availability
    and further information.
• - To reserve the space, please pay an initial deposit of 30% of the total space fee after our confirmation.
• - Please pay the remainder of the fee by 10 days before your exhibition.
• - Please understand that your exhibition fee and deposit are not refundable, even if you cancel the exhibition.
• - We will ask you to pay the total rental fee if you cancel after 2 weeks before your exhibition.

ARTIST FORM

• After your application is completed, we will introduce it in the following way if you send us your artist form.
• - We actively appeal to media in our Press Release such as News papers, art column pages, art magazines
    and suitable media etc.
• - To appear on Design Festa Gallery program page three months before your exhibition month.
    (Japanese and English)

Please send ARTIST FORM as soon as possible.
We accept the data by mail or directly come to the gallery WEST information desk.

Your artist statement will remain in our Archives page for 1 year.
