The deadline for application is August 27.
After receiving confirmation, please pay by registered mail or direct at Design Festa Office.
Please understand that you may not be able to perform if we have received many applications.
You will be informed once the schedule has been decided.
Only original work may be submitted.
Your submitted items will appear on our webpage. Please understand that submitted items are not returnable.
Please apply for extra exhibitors passes if required.
Design Festa Office accepts no responsibility for exhibitors or artists work regarding copyright laws. Design Festa Office will not mediate any disputes between exhibitors, artists or any other parties regarding copyright.
Please understand that once the fee has been paid it cannot be refunded, even in the case that you cancel your application.
Pictures taken at the venue and materials submitted to us may be used for printed papers and advertisements of Design Festa Office. Thank you for your understanding.
If the event is cancelled due to special cases such as natural disasters, transportation problems etc, please understand the fee is not refundable.
